On our last night in Boston we went to see The Felice Brothers, my (well- our) favorite band. They were one of the first bands that Mike and I went to see together back at the House of Blues in August 2008. The Felice Brothers are a folk/indie/rocker band from Catskill, NY (Mike's hometown). We were first drawn to go see them, just because of where they came from, and they're music has now become such a big part of our life and relationship. Ian, the lead singer, often compared to Bob Dylan, has a raspy, soothing and distinct tone to his voice, it keeps you yearning to hear more and more. Seriously, check them out!
